Copy/Pasting from Outlook Email into Issue Comment is adding extra carriage returns for Internet Explorer 9 or above

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Access your Outlook email using Internet Explorer 9 or above
      2. Copy a content from email and paste into Service Desk Issue Comment field
      3. Click on 'Send Response' button

      Result

      Extra carriage returns is added to the comment field.

      Workaround

      Use other browser (i.e Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome)
