Description
Steps to reproduce
- Start a Cloud instance with Service Desk on 1.0 pricing (non-agent-based).
- Try to create a new Automation rule of type "Re-open on customer comment".
The "IF" portion of the rule will say "Unknown module: com.atlassian.servicedesk.plugins.automation.servicedesk-automation-modules-plugin:sd-comment-visibility-if-condition".
Workaround
Select the "IF" and delete the unknown module line. On an instance with agent-based pricing, that line is a "Comment is public" type.
