      Commenting on issue (without transitioning) changes the color of issue Status in Customer portal

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Create issue in service desk customer portal
      2. Perform any transition
      3. Comment in the issue
      4. Refresh the customer portal page
      Expected Result

      The color of issue status does not change

      Actual Result

      The color of issue status gets changed for the issue which is commented (without transitioning). While the color of issue status remains the same for issue that was not commented.

      I raised it as a bug ticket as there is no documentation that mention/justify this behavior.
