Columns missing on service desk queue due to hidden fields on selected columns

      Symptoms

      The columns in the JIRA Service Desk queue are not being displayed.

      Looking into the Javascript Console, the error below can be seen.

      There are no errors in the JIRA nor in the Service Desk logs.

      Steps to Replicate

      Hide any of the fields configured as columns in the Service Desk Queue from on the Field Configuration screen.

      In the screenshot below, hiding any of the fields below (e.g. Due date, Reporter, Summary) in the Field Configuration screen would cause this error.

      Workaround

      Make the fields associated to the affected Service Desk project queue visible.
