GAPPS Customer Portal Login is redirecting users to JIRA Dashboard instead of portal view

Steps to Reproduce:

• Try to log in to a customer portal (https:<name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals) via GAPPS.

Expected Results:

User is logged in and is presented the Customer Portal.

Actual Results:

User is logged in but is redirected to the dashboard instead.

Workaround:

Log in via JIRA with username/password.

Notes

User instance has a deprecated GAPPS integration. I tested on a test server with deprecated GAPPS and then reconnect it. The issue still persist even after reconnecting GAPPS to the test instance. This doesn't seems to be caused by the deprecation of GAPPS.
