Description

Service Desk failed to fetch mails if email address in setting contains capital letters. Completing the setup and testing the connection from JIRA don't have any problem.
With debug log enable for incoming mail, below error is observed:

Workaround/fFix
Update the mail setting changing mail address to be in lowercases.
