      With the new flexibility to change your statuses, resolutions, severities etc, the help links should really reflect this. Currently they point to the static pages at Atlassian, which has two drawbacks:

      1. It means they cannot be used from behind a firewall that prevents internet access.
      2. If you've customised Jira and changed the defaults, the help will not help you.

      It would be better to generate the help on-the-fly from the descriptions in the database.
