Automatically search for similar tickets during ticket creating process

      It would be really nice if you could define a few fields to capture on the initial ticket creatin screen which are then searched against existing tickets of that type in the project. If there are "similar" ones, allow the user to indicate they want to add on to one of the tickets, or link to it. This helps greatly when multiple people report the same issue nearly simultaneously, or there are repeat occurances of the same thing.
