can i have a filter with "and" "or" functions?

Sometimes we need to create a filter that show all the issues unresolved "and" the issues closed in the last 7 days. I hope that the there is a function that can merge two filters together. For example:the result of Filter A = Filter B "and"/"or" Filter C
