Comment text search not included in filter portlets

To replicate:

1. Create a filter which has a text query search on comment only.
2. Create a filter statistic portlet for that filter
3. You filter statistics will be wrong as the comment search is not taken into account

The url for the links is also wrong. For example in the parameters you will see

?reset=true&query=threading&body=true&assigneeSelect=specificuser&assignee=admin

There should be something like comment=true parameter in there as well.
