A parent task may have a number of sub tasks. If the parent task has a completion estimate on it and a sub task subsequently has some work logged against it, the time reported by the parent task is not affected.

The time estimate of a parent task should be the summation of the estimates of all sub tasks. The estimation of the parent task should be altered when work is logged against any sub tasks.
