Would be helpful if we can get the work log feature enabled/provided (not sure if this is customizable in 2.3), when assinging to someone. That is I am looking at a flexibility, where in I am assigning the issue to someone next level and would like to log the work i spent on a JIRA ticket.

Anyone, who has insight to this, please post guide/advice.
