Wrong characters instead of umlaut ones for new german language pack (resin 3 only?)

      The character encoding of the german umlaut-characters in the new german language-pack seems to be wrong.

      this only affects some words, not all of them. Viewed with UTF-8 some Umlaut-Characters just look not so good (see screenshot)
