Workflow conditions should support "OR" operator as well as "AND"

    Description

      Currently the workflow conditions only allows for logical "AND" operations. It needs to support the "OR" operation too. From a practical standpoint, my needs amount to

      Allow transition if (I am the assignee) AND (I am a member of Group 1 OR I am a member of Group 2). This could also be implemented with heirarchical groups.
