Issue types, priorities, and other fields are displayed using icons within the issue navigator.

a) I would like to have the option to display text only (no icon).

b) I would like to not require icons during creation of those fields.

Can you tell me the files I need to modify?
Example:
a) issuetype-columnview.vm=~/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/jira/issue/field/
I don't want it to display the icon only the name. What can I do?

b) When I create or edit "Add new Issue Type" the name and icon url is required .
Where can I make the name or icon url "not required" when I create an Issue Type.
