I've assigned the 'Priority' and 'Fixed Verion(s)' fields to appear in the 'Assign Issue' screen, however they don't appear in the 'Assign Issue' screen. Instead, if the issue is resolved, the fields appear in the 'Close Issue' screen instead. If closing an issue from Open state, the 'Close Issue' screen appears as normal with the resolution and fixed version fields.
