Bugzilla Import improvements: Issue Links "Duplicate", Component Leads, URL

      The attachment adds the following improvements to BugzillaImportBean.java:

      • Create Issue Links with type "Duplicate" (and create this link type if it doesn't exist).
      • Create Component Leads.
      • Concatenate field URL to field Environment.
