I would really like the ability (for those that have the correct permissions) to enter a worklog time value when doing a workflow action like Resolve, Close, Reopen, etc. Currently, we have the ability to add a comment before submitting those actions, so adding the worklog time field wouldn't be to hard (IMO).

Any ideas, objections?
