Two Dimensional Filter Statistics has errors in its filter when a "free text query filter" is used

I would like to create my own portlet with Two Dimensional Filter Statistics in the following way:

#1 - a filter showing all items in the JIRA projekt and a Two Dimensional Filter Statistics created using the Issue Type and the Assignee columns - this works just fine

#2 - a filter as the above extended with the following Query: "lars lagoni" in Summary, Description and Comments Fields. The filter results in 74 issues, but when i use it for a Two Dimensional Filter Statistics as above it shows just the same isues as #1
