Filtering on roadmap

We have begun using the roadmap actively and it is very good at showing how various bugs and tasks etc. are targetted towards releases etc.
However, for clarity it would be nice to add filtering to the roadmap, e.g. being able to show the roadmap for a selected component of the chosen project.
Right now, as far as I can see, there is no way I can get a list of issues that includes the versions they are targeted against - if I use the Issue Navigator the list view does not include the target version and if I use the Full Content I loose the overview.
