I feel the priority field is confusing: its values express the idea of "criticality" of an issue, while "priority" should denote more the relative order that things should get done (i.e. the ones with more priority should get done first).
At this very moment, I have issues that seem very critical in the long term, being the "keys" to the success of my project, but due to the incertainties involved, I cannot assign them a high priority immediately.
In this sense, I believe it would be a better idea to rename the "Priority" field to "Criticality", and to create a new "Priority" field with values such as "Low, Medium, High, etc.". that really expresses the idea of priority.
