Version Workload Report should adhere to issue type scheme if defined for specified project.

      The version workload report currently displays all issue types within the report - even if the project is associated with an issue type scheme limiting the issue types available.

      The report should only show the available issue types if associated with a scheme (for Pro and Ent editions).
