Similar to the bulk move or bulk edit I would like the ability to execute a work flow action on a bulk of issues for a particular issue type.

So during a release to testing cycle we can put all fixed issue to the next state via executing a bulk transaction. Right now to its very painfully laborious by going to each ticket and executing the transaction to put the ticket in the next state.
