If fields are hidden via a Field Configuration, the following message is displayed on screen 3, Operation Details, of a bulk edit:

N/A Change Contact Information: NOTE: This field is hidden for the project(s) of the selected issues.

Note, "Contact Information" is an example of a hidden field.

Such fields should not show up at all
