Allow multiple time estimates (development, QA, deployment, etc)

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be nice to have multiple categories for time estimates so we can separate development time required from QA time required in particular. You would have to be able to select the category you were logging time against when you work on an issue.
