"View printable version" does not create a printer friendly page

Clicking on 'printable view' for an issue, and then 'print/print preview' still truncates comments and description fields, as the screen will not fit on one page.

We need to be able to have a usable 'printable view', which will fit all the comments/descriptions/custom fields on to an A4 Portrait page.
