Screenshots are always attached by 'Anonymous'

      Hello,
      We have following problem:
      When i attach a screenshots via "Add screenshots", a screenshot is added to a issue.
      But the issue always says, the screenshot was added by an anonyous user. . This happens
      only with IE und Opera, but firefox works fine.
