Deleted comment email notification is confusing

I deleted a comment, and received a notification of the change. However all the email said was that a comment was changed, showing the old/new the same (empty). If you can't show the text of the comment that has been deleted, there should at least be different phrasing in the email indicating a comment was deleted. See screenshot.
