Issue Picker does not return correct results as selected project ID is not set.

The Issue Picker does not return correct results as the selected project ID is not set.

The problem arises in the showIssues(...) method - if the selcted project ID is not set, all issues are not shown.

The attached class can be used as a temporary workaround for JIRA 3.4.1. Please replace the original class

with the attached version.
