Add 'Browse' buttons to the 'Import from CSV file' form to allow specification of the location of the CSV file (and config file).

    Description

      'Browse' file buttons would be very helpful on the 'Import from CSV file' form - allowing the user to click on the file rather than having to edit the path to it.
