You cannot remove an issue from your votes list once it has been resolved and you no longer need to actively track it. Also, once you do allow the removal of the fixed voted issues you should be able to search for all the issues you voted for so that history is not lost. I am going to assume the watch list behaves in the same manner and it should follow the same structure as the votes.
