Since 3.3.3 (JRA-8080) JIRA returns all details of all schemes for the getProject method call. This means that all information of all schemes for all projects iin JIRA is returned in this method call. While this may be desirable in some instances, it leads to unneccessarily large XML responses in other cases.

There should be a getProjectsNoSchemes method that will mimic the old behaviour
