Time Tracking Report: Closed issues included

the Time Tracking Report shows also issues that we already closed!
This means that the "estimate of 22 weeks" it gives me includes work that will be never actually done because that issue was closed/resolved. If the user did not update the "worked on" value, doesn't mean that the difference beween the estimation and the actual logged work is still outstanding...

If an issue is closed/resolved, the remaining time should be set to zero or at least that issue should not be included in a report that is supposed to help me estimate how much work is still outstanding.

Unless... like sometimes... I got this all wrong. in that case, show me what I am doing wrong.
