It seems that unless we narrow the issue navigator filter to a specific issue type, we dont see custom field columns associated with those issues.
We have some projects which only have 1 valid issue type (the rest are ignored - and in fact we have a custom "invalid issue type" message field for those issue types. So it means that all the filters - dont show the necessary custom fields....
