1) make any new filter
      2) in the issue navigator, add de enviroment field (this is not by default)
      3) order by enviroment

      Result: jira shows a message telling that jira must be reindexed (but after reindexing jira, the problem continues)

            Scott, here is the log. The production db is oracle, but to reproduce the issue I have used an hsql db (Because is difficult to me to access to the Oracle production enviroment)
