Adding new user after deleting it tells the user already exists

      Test Jira instance of Enterpirse, MySQL 4.1.13a win, Windows XP Professional, jdk-1_5_0_04-windows-i586-p.exe

      I test Jira on local computer. We setup LDAP.
      This list:

      • I create new user in LDAP.
      • I logout administrator and login as a new user, it is OK
      • I logout user and login administrator
      • I delete the new user
      • then I try to add the same user with the same parameters, the Jira tels me that the user already exists.

      The solution is to restart Appache service, but it is not so good solutions.
