Original Estimate Column is the same as Remaining Estimate

      When adding Original Estimate to the Issue Navigator I noticed that it held the same values as the Remaining Estimate for issues. Upon investigation into the details of some specific issues I noticed that the Original Estimate was indeed different than the Remaining Estimate field.
