Deleting Attachment denied and error exception is generated.

      Currently evaluating the product. I have Admin privileges and tried to delete an attachment. I got the following Error msg:

      • An error occurred removing attachment: com.atlassian.jira.exception.RemoveException: Could not delete attachment file
        ===============================
