I use Alt+S extensively instead of clicking the submit buttons in JIRA.

If you create an issue, and by incident press ALT+S multiple times the issues gets created just as many times. I just created the same issue with two different numbers because something weired happened with my fingers

I guess this is only an issue if you have a pretty fast JIRA installation on a fast line. But still...
