      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The UpdateIssueFieldFunction should not use the current users permissions to validate the changing of the field.
      Currently the validation is commented out as a temp fix for JRA-7859 . A perm fix should be put in place.
