My organization would like to be able to limit the visibility of certain users/groups to only issues of certain types. We could accomplish this with the issue level security, but that becomes a bit of an administration chore and training issue. It would be nice to be able to specify a group/groups or user who should be able to see issues of a given type (unless overriden by issue level security) when the issue type is created/modified.
