Issue Summary

Upgrading ATST causes blank healthcheck page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   go to healthcheck page and see the existing healthchecks - the page should render and checks should be present

1. Step 2
   upgrade ATST

1. Step 3
   go to healthcheck page again - the page is blank, healthchecks are missing

Expected Results

healthchecks are rendered

Actual Results

healthchecks are missing

Workaround

• restart Jira instance
• alternatively prior to upgrading ATST atart Jira with this JVM option:

  -Datlassian.plugins.module.class.cache.enabled=false
