      Issue Summary

When viewing an issue in Jira DC 11.3.10 using Microsoft Edge, the editable field container for inline editing expands to the full available width of the page. This causes the edit pencil icon to render at the far-right edge of the screen with a large whitespace gap between the field value and the pencil. The same page renders correctly in Chrome.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use Microsoft Edge (tested on version 151.0.4129.78).
      2. Navigate to any issue in full issue view.
      3. Hover over any editable field in the details panel (e.g., Priority, Labels, Component/s).
      4. Observe the pencil icon position.

      Expected Results

The pencil icon should appear immediately adjacent to the field value.

      Actual Results

The editable field container stretches to the full available width of the content area. The pencil icon is positioned at the far-right edge of the screen, disconnected from the field value by a large whitespace gap.

      Workaround

Use Chrome or another Chromium-based browser where the pencil renders correctly.
