Issue Summary

Editing a filter from the Manage Filters page fails to save the details.

Steps to Reproduce

• Goto Manage Filters page

• Edit a filter and try to add or update editors

• Save it and observe that the values will be wiped off.

• The old/earlier values will also be cleared

Expected Results

• The edit should be saved with the updated values for the editors.

Actual Results

No exception is logged. The values are removed and not updated.

Workaround

Edit the filter from the JQL screen.
