Steps to Reproduce

- Observe that the color contrast between the mentioned image and the adjacent background is insufficient.

Actual Results
The user avatar image (informative graphic) with #C4C4C4 foreground color has an insufficient color contrast ratio of 1.7:1 with #FFFFFF background.
This makes it difficult for low vision users to perceive and identify the avatar as an interactive UI component.
Expected Results
The contrast ratio between the key visual elements of the avatar image and its adjacent colors should be at least 3:1. This ensures the avatar is perceivable and identifiable as an interactive UI component for low vision and color-blind users.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
