"Filter Results" dashboard gadget does not auto-refresh in background tabs and requires manual page reload.

      Issue Summary

      The "Filter Results" dashboard gadget does not auto-refresh after 15 minutes when the browser tab is in the background. Foreground tab also shows delayed refresh. No refresh occurs on returning to the backgrounded tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira DC instance > Dashboards > Open or create a dashboard

             2. Add the "Filter Results" gadget > Configure Auto Refresh to update every 15 min > Save

             3. Open a second browser tab and keep it active (dashboard tab goes to background)

             4. Wait 15+ minutes and return to the dashboard tab

      Expected Results

      Gadget refreshes automatically every 15 minutes.

      Actual Results

      Background tab: Gadget does not refresh even after 15+ minutes. Requires manual refresh.

      Workaround

      Manually refresh the page (F5)
