Issue Summary
When attempting to attach a file using the Drag & Drop feature in Agent View for any issue in the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (v150), the browser opens the file instead of attaching it. This feature works correctly in the Customer Portal and also functions properly in other browsers, such as Chrome.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Mozilla Firefox v150 for accessing Jira
- Open any issue in Agent view
- Drag & Drop any file in Attachment Section
- The browser open the file in same window
Expected Results
Jira should display a dialog for attachments with options to share with customers or share internally.
Actual Results
The file opens in the same window.
Workaround
- Using the attachment option instead of drag-and-drop.
- Try using a different browser that has not been affected.
