Description

 When setting a default value for the "Description" system field, the value is not being carried over from the context field configuration

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Setup a new context with default value for the Description field
2. Include all projects and all issue types
3. Go to an existing plan (JPO layer)
4. Create a new EPIC
5. The Default value for the description field is missing after commiting changes.

Expected Results

Default value for any field should be included irrespectivally from where the issue is being created from. 

Actual

 If we create an EPIC from JPO (Advanced Roadmaps) the default value for the Description field is missing

Workaround

 As of now, there is no workaround, we'll provide as soon as we discover.
