When a user attempts to create a personal access token (PAT) with a requested expiry exceeding the limit defined by the parameter "atlassian.pats.max.tokens.expiry.days", the application simply caps the expiry to the maximum allowed value without providing any communication to the user.

It would improve user experience to display an informational popup notifying the user of the maximum expiry days upon automatic adjustment to the limit.
