Jira database version healthcheck for Oracle 23ai needs to be updated for Oracle26ai

      Issue Summary

      Back in October 2025 Oracle announced Oracle database 26ai replaced Oracle database 23ai: https://support.oracle.com/knowledgefs?docId=742060

      We are replacing Oracle Database 23ai with Oracle AI Database 26ai starting with Release Update (RU) 23.26.0 (shipped in October 2025). Applying RU 23.26.0 to an Oracle Database 23ai instance will make the instance become Oracle AI Database 26ai. There is no database upgrade or application re-certification required.

      The latest LTS version of Confluence Data Center reflects this change:

      But the latest Jira Data Center LTS does not:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Oracle 23ai ( 23.0 ) and apply the available patches- the database version will now be reported as Oracle 26ai ( 23.26 )
      2. Upgrade or install Jira Data Center 11.3.3

      Expected Results

      The database health check passes

      Actual Results

      The database health check reports an error

      Workaround

      You can disable the database version health check for the time being, if needed
